Alea’s “Luck, Decoded” Cinematic AI Campaign for SBC Summit Lisbon 2026
Following our previous collaboration with Alea for iGB Live 2026, we were once again invited to create a new cinematic AI campaign, this time for SBC Summit Lisbon 2026, taking place from September 29 to October 1.
The challenge: transform Alea’s new “Luck, Decoded” concept into a visual story capable of capturing attention, creating mystery and ultimately driving visitors to Booth B213.
The result is a cinematic journey through Lisbon where mythology, technology and data collide.
Turning Lisbon Into a Living Matrix
The film begins above Lisbon at golden hour. The city is peaceful, warm and instantly recognizable. Overlooking Lisbon stands the Alea Goddess, accompanied by her serpents.
But beneath the surface of the city, something else is waiting to be revealed.
One of the serpents begins moving through Lisbon. As it travels through the streets, streams of numbers start appearing in its path, revealing an invisible digital layer beneath the real world.
The code continues to spread. Across streets. Across buildings. Across Lisbon’s iconic landmarks. Gradually, the city transforms into a living matrix of numbers.

When Technology Meets Mythology
One of the main creative ideas behind the campaign was to bring together two very different visual universes.
On one side, the timeless and mythological world of the Alea Goddess and her serpents. On the other, a constantly moving digital universe made of data, numbers and code.
The serpent becomes the connection between these two worlds.
Instead of simply showing technology, the film gives it a physical presence. The digital matrix appears to follow the serpent as it moves through the city, progressively transforming the environment around it.
This allowed us to turn a relatively abstract concept, decoding luck, into a visual narrative that audiences can immediately understand.
AI Filmmaking Designed for Brand Storytelling
For Fortuna Labz, generative AI is not simply a way to create spectacular images. It is becoming a new filmmaking tool.
The objective was to create a campaign with the visual language of cinema: establishing shots, character-driven sequences, atmosphere, camera movement, visual effects and a clear narrative progression.
From a real-world Lisbon environment to an entirely digital city covered in numbers, the campaign moves progressively between reality and imagination while maintaining the same visual universe.
This is where AI-assisted filmmaking becomes particularly powerful for brands.
Ideas that would traditionally require extensive location shoots, large-scale CGI production and complex visual effects pipelines can now be explored in completely new ways.
But technology alone is not enough. The most important element remains the same: the story.
From Social Media to the Show Floor
Event marketing today starts long before visitors arrive at the exhibition. A strong campaign needs to work across social media, digital communication and the physical event itself.
The “Luck, Decoded” film was therefore conceived not simply as a promotional video, but as the opening chapter of the experience visitors would discover in Lisbon.
The mystery created by the Goddess, the serpent and the four numbers leads naturally toward one objective: making people want to discover what happens at the Alea booth.
Another Drive To Booth™ Story by Fortuna Labz
At Fortuna Labz, our Drive To Booth™ approach combines creative concepts, cinematic content and event strategy to help iGaming brands transform their presence at major industry events.
Instead of simply announcing a booth number, we create a reason to visit it.
The Alea “Luck, Decoded” campaign for SBC Summit Lisbon 2026 is another example of how AI filmmaking, storytelling and experiential marketing can work together to turn an event activation into a complete branded universe.
Because sometimes, getting visitors to your booth starts with a story they want to see through to the end.
