The Alea Goddess Comes to Life at ICE Barcelona 2026
Alea once again entrusted us with bringing their now-iconic Alea Goddess to life. This time, the creative vision was to showcase the brand’s presence at ICE Barcelona through a spectacular and symbolic “miracle”: seeing the Goddess complete the renovation of Barcelona’s most emblematic monument, the Sagrada Familia, right before our eyes.
From the moment we received the brief, the main creative and technical challenge was to source highly accurate visual references and architectural schematics of the monument. Maintaining realism and visual consistency was critical, as even small inaccuracies could break the illusion and compromise the credibility of the final result. This research phase was essential to properly inform and guide the AI tools used throughout the production pipeline.

We developed a detailed storyboard based on Alea’s marketing team’s creative directions. After validation, we moved into a shot-by-shot production process to generate all required sequences.

Our workflow combined multiple advanced AI tools, including Runway, ChatGPT, Flow, and Kling. Leveraging the strengths of each platform allowed us to achieve a polished, professional result, where creativity and technical precision worked hand in hand.

We are also particularly proud of the AI-assisted musical composition, which significantly enhanced the cinematic dimension of the final film and reinforced the emotional impact of the experience.
The connection between the real and the virtual reached its peak when visitors discovered a massive physical reproduction of the Alea Goddess on Alea’s stand. This real-world extension of the digital experience created a powerful brand moment and the perfect opportunity for visitors to capture and share their own selfies with the Goddess.
